"Coppiette" represent a historical product of Latium that has a centuries-old tradition, both as a typical meal served in taverns and as a workers' lunch because of the speed of consumption. In Roman taverns, coppiette were particularly useful (to innkeepers) to increase the thirst of diners and consequently the consumption of wine. They were sold, as the name announces, in pairs.
Ingredients
Pork tenderloin and loin slices, sea salt, chili pepper, fennel, dextrose, preservative: E252, sunflower seed oil, natural flavors. CONTAINS NO ALLERGENS.
Store the product away from light, dust and heat sources. The vacuum-packed product should be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of +2°C to +6°C for up to 90 days. Once opened, store the product at a temperature between +2°C and +6°C for up to 15 days.
