A typical salami from the Agro Romano area, medium-fine minced, stuffed in natural gut, tied by hand and put to mature for about 30 days. This gastronomic specialty has an intense flavor but at the same time contains sweetish notes that make it unique and unmistakable.

Store the product away from light, dust and heat sources 90 days at a temperature between +2°C and +6°C, or 60 days in a cool, dry place (maximum temperature +20°C). Once opened, protect the cutting surface with food-grade film.
